Payments

We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, American Express, MasterCard and Visa. If paying via paypal e-check, your order will be processed once your check has cleared. It usually takes 3-4 days for e-checks to clear. Orders shipped within Texas are subject to 8.25% sales tax. We require a $35 minimum order amount, which does not include shipping. Orders under $35 are subject to a $10 low order fee.

Shipping & Handling

We ship our orders via UPS. Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days from the date the order is placed. The shipping timeframe is generally 3-5 business days. Orders will ship directly from the manufacture who is located in MD. Additionally, we only ship items within the continental United States. Shipping includes a tracking number and insurance..

We offer expedited shipping via Next Day Air. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for processing of expedited orders..

Returns

All sales are final. LSFloral.com is not responsible for color variations due to dye lots or color variations between the image on this site and the actual product. Additionally, we do not accept returns on the basis of size, texture and/or quality. In the event there is a defect in the ribbon you must notify Lone Star Floral Supply within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. Notification must be made to sales@lsfloral.com. All returns require prior authorization from Lone Star Floral Suppy. Returns will be made directly to Lone Star Floral Supply and not the manufacturer.

Back Orders

Occasionally, the products you order may be back ordered. In the event this occurs, we will notify you via e-mail. Once your product is in stock, your ribbon will be shipped immediately to you. No additional shipping charges will be required for back ordered items.

Roll Length

We try our best to provide one roll of the length purchased. However, we may choose to ship the purchased length in multiple rolls. For example if you order 50 Yards, it may be shipped to you in two 20 yard rolls and one 10 yard roll. This is done to avoid any delay in you receiving you ribbon due to an item being on back order. Additionally, full rolls may contain a break. Please account for possible breaks when ordering. We cannot guarantee that you will receive continuous lengths of ribbon.
